We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes street culture and streetwear. This role is all about curating, managing, and executing content that feels raw, authentic, and aligned with urban aesthetics think hip hop, tattoos, graffiti, LA vibes, and gritty edge. Beyond managing socials, the right candidate should also bring creative input for streetwear vibe design concepts that tie into our culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage daily posting and scheduling, including curating IG stories and reposting user-generated content that aligns with brand culture and voice.
- Maintain consistent use of typography, fonts, and visual guidelines quickly learning and applying brand design standards.
- Do light design edits (e.g., resizing, adjusting typography, or using templates) to ensure content fits brand aesthetics.
- Support in streetwear T-shirt design concepts from moodboarding to basic design input that reflects urban/hip hop culture, dark tones, and edgy graphics.
- Stay plugged into street slang, trends, and cultural conversations, making sure posts and merch feel real and relevant.
- Engage with the community authentically no polished corporate tone, just genuine interaction.
- Track post performance and provide basic reporting, while keeping the focus on content execution and engagement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management (not entry-level, not executive).
- Portfolio or personal social media that reflects street, urban, hip hop, or tattoo-inspired aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to quickly adapt to brand guidelines and typography.
- Strong eye for content that matches a dark, edgy, and raw aesthetic.
- Some background or experience in streetwear / T-shirt design (mockups, graphics, or collab ideas).
- Comfortable doing basic design tweaks, but not a full-on graphic designer or video editor.
- Excellent cultural awareness understands urban slang, music, fashion, and visual identity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels.
