About the job Virtual Executive Assistant (Digital Marketing & Project Management Support)
Provide administrative support and project coordination for leadership and cross-functional teams.Work closely with US leadership, HR stakeholders, and the Philippines project management team to support daily operations and project execution.
The role will involve a balanced split between executive administrative tasks and project management support, with exposure to digital marketing initiatives and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership
Organize email correspondence and follow-ups

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for leadership meetings

Maintain organized files, records, and documentation

Support communication between leadership, HR, and project teams
Project Management Support

Track project timelines, deliverables, and task progress

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met

Maintain project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp

Prepare project updates and progress reports for leadership

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability on tasks
Digital Marketing Project Support

Assist with coordination of digital marketing initiatives

Track marketing campaign timelines and deliverables

Support CRM updates, marketing reports, or analytics summaries

Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience using project management or task management tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital marketing projects or marketing teams

Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing platforms
