About the job Virtual Assistant (Admin Support)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. This is a part-time remote role, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with flexible work hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize digital files and folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Calendar management and meeting scheduling

Email management and follow-ups

Data entry and maintenance of internal records or CRM systems

Research tasks as needed (e.g., tools, suppliers, competitor analysis)

Light project coordination and task tracking

Assist with process documentation and SOP creation

Other admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar admin role

Strong communication and time management skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus
