We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our creative team. This role involves supporting design projects from concept to completion, preparing drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

  • Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on project requirements.

  • Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and project managers to execute design plans.

  • Assist in reviewing and revising design specifications based on feedback and project needs.

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.

  • Support the coordination of construction and installation phases by preparing documentation and attending site visits when necessary.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E design for US-based luxury hotels, resorts, or casinos
  • Strong knowledge of US hospitality brands, market trends, and material standards
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or similar)
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to translate concepts into refined design
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be available to work Pacific Time hours full-time
  • Comfortable with a remote working setup and team collaboration tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
