Email Marketing Expert (Klaviyo & GHL)

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert with proven experience in Klaviyo and Go High Level (GHL). The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with crafting email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and list management across both platforms. Youll play a key role in building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage advanced email campaigns in Klaviyo and GHL

• Design and implement automated workflows, drip campaigns, and sales funnels

• Segment audiences for maximum personalization and performance

• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting

• Manage deliverability, domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and list hygiene

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align messaging and design

• Create reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns

• Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with both Klaviyo and GHL (Go High Level)

• Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing

• Familiarity with CRM integration and contact lifecycle management

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup

• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce and digital services industries
