Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

24 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.

Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive retention KPIs.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) a plus.
