We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to manage their own book of business and build long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and expansion through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their main point of contact.

  • Drive customer renewals, upselling, and expansion within assigned accounts.

  • Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive retention KPIs.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) a plus.

  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on renewals and growth.
