Summary of the Role
Hire Highs is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to step into a "player-coach" role. This position is crucial for enhancing the company's internal operational efficiency and providing execution expertise for client engagements. You will focus heavily on managing day-to-day execution tasks, creating foundational content, and taking a leadership role in marketing-related functions to reduce the current operational bottleneck on senior leadership, including Albert. Your goal is to become a thought partner to US leadership, not simply an executor.

Key Responsibilities & Execution Tasks
This role will primarily focus on hands-on execution and operational enablement to support the growth and delivery process:

  • Capacity Enablement & Delegation Absorption: Directly and immediately absorb operational and hands-on marketing execution tasks from senior leadership, specifically Albert. The measure of success for this role is the measurable freeing of Albert's time to focus on strategic, high-leverage activities.
  • Operational Tool & JD Creation: Reduce the existing bottleneck by creating comprehensive, thoughtful Job Descriptions (JDs) and scenario-based application/assessment questions for specialist roles, particularly in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Directly execute and manage core digital marketing functions, including:
    • Website creation and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Social Media and Paid Ads planning and deployment.
    • Email marketing and automation flow implementation.
  • Lead Generation Support: Run the scalable lead generation and outreach engine, including list building, sequence design, and follow-ups, to ensure a repeatable, team-run process.
  • Content and Thought Leadership: Develop content and thought leadership materials, such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, and newsletters, while ensuring the efforts are low-maintenance and team-run.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Oversee marketing projects and teams (which may include web developers, designers, and other Virtual Assistants).
  • Automation & Efficiency: Look for opportunities to build automations to improve team and client efficiency, thereby helping the overall lean team move forward.
  • Client Management: Handle client communication for digital marketing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven, extensive experience (e.g., seven years) in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, websites, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Managerial Acumen: Experience in managing people or teams is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Alignment: Must clearly understand that the role's primary focus is execution and supporting the client's existing strategy, as Hire Highs does not develop high-level strategy for the client's business.
  • Growth Mindset: An interest in growing within the company, potentially evolving into more than a manager.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a range of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., those mentioned in the applicant pool like Manatal or specific ad platforms).
