About the job Digital Marketing Project Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and self-driven Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support a fast-growing marketing team.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing function, ensuring projects stay on track, timelines are met, and cross-functional teams remain aligned. You will play a critical role in keeping campaigns and initiatives moving efficiently from planning to execution.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, sales, and other internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and approaches challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the team's project management workspace (Asana or similar), including building projects, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines

Drive project timelines for campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives from kickoff through completion

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and take action to resolve them

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all deliverables

Take clear, structured meeting notes and share actionable summaries with next steps and owners

Follow up consistently with team members to ensure deadlines are met; escalate risks early when needed

Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, creative assets, workflows, and SOPs

Support reporting, presentations, and status updates for leadership

Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Assist with administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support within a marketing or creative environment

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written communication skills, especially in writing updates, summaries, and briefs

Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Trello, or Basecamp

Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft 365, communication platforms, and reporting dashboards

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset — able to identify issues and suggest practical solutions

Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
