We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Modeler with proven experience in large-scale hospitality and casino projects. The ideal candidate has worked on high-end hotel, resort, or gaming properties (comparable to Marriott, Hyatt, or similar branded developments) and understands the unique coordination demands of these building types, including guest room layouts, back-of-house logistics, gaming floor configurations, and complex MEP coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for hospitality and casino projects, including architectural, interior, and coordination models

Produce accurate guest room typical layouts, corridor plans, and repeating unit modules common in hotel design

Model casino floor layouts, back-of-house areas, kitchens, ballrooms, and amenity spaces with attention to code and clearance requirements

Coordinate models with structural, MEP, and interior design teams using Revit and Navisworks

Maintain BIM standards, families, and templates specific to hospitality projects

Generate construction documents, schedules, and details from Revit models

Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings

Support furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination within the model

Manage model revisions through design development, construction documents, and construction administration phases

Ensure model accuracy against evolving design and owner requirements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Revit Modeler, with direct experience on hotel, resort, or casino projects

Strong portfolio demonstrating work on branded or large-scale hospitality developments

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture); working knowledge of Navisworks a plus

Solid understanding of hospitality-specific design elements: guest room modules, corridors, casino gaming floors, back-of-house flow

Familiarity with construction documentation standards and building codes relevant to hospitality and gaming facilities

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, modular design elements accurately

Ability to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on projects for major hotel brands or gaming operators

Familiarity with ADA and life safety code requirements for hospitality and casino occupancies

Experience with Enscape, Lumion, or other visualization tools

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, Construction Technology, or related field
