Were looking for an all-star Business Development & Lead Nurturing Specialist to help us establish strong connections with potential clients, warm up leads, and sign up more of them into our services. This role requires excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American-sounding accent, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to convert interest into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Outreach & Development Initiate and maintain contact with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social channels.

  • Lead Nurturing Build rapport, follow up consistently, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Conversion Present the companys services clearly, handle objections, and close new business deals.

  • Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

  • CRM Management Track all interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate lead status and follow-up schedules.

  • Market Research Identify new lead sources, industry trends, and potential opportunities.

  • Collaboration Work closely with marketing and operations to align outreach with campaigns and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American-sounding accent (will be assessed during screening).

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or account management preferably for US or Western markets.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up discipline.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and handling objections.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred (but not required)

  • B2B sales experience.

  • Background in SaaS, digital services, or professional services industries.

  • Experience working remotely for US-based companies.
