With the growth of the business, we are looking to expand our team with an IT Project Manager.

About the role:

As an Intermediate IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, deliverables are met, and projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify project requirements and dependencies.

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.

Ensure project team members have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks on time.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across teams.

Facilitate project meetings, review project progress, and provide guidance to team members.

Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.

Perform project evaluations and assessments, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to improve project performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

3-5 years of experience in IT project management or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
