Proposal/Bidding Specialist Onsite (Night Shift, Karachi)

Hire My Tech is looking for a skilled Proposal/Bidding Specialist to join our team onsite in Karachi for the night shift (9 PM to 5 AM). You'll be responsible for writing and submitting proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms for design, software, and app development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit proposals on Upwork and similar platforms

• Customize proposals based on client/project needs

• Follow up to maintain high response and conversion rates

• Coordinate with the business development team on goals and targeting

• Maintain records of all bids and client communications

Requirements:

• 2 year's Experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms preferred

• Strong written English and communication skills

• Understanding of software and app development services

• Goal-driven with the ability to meet monthly targets

• Must be available to work onsite during the night shift
