We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join our onsite team in Karachi. You'll connect with U.S.-based small businesses to generate leads, close sales, and book appointments for our design, development, and digital marketing services.

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Onsite Karachi (This is not a remote position. Please do not apply if you're looking for remote work.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call U.S. small businesses

• Promote and sell: Design, 3D Animation, Web/App Development, Digital Marketing

• Convert leads, book appointments, follow up

• Meet sales targets and update CRM

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of cold calling or sales experience

• Fluent English (neutral/light accent)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• CRM proficiency and organized workflow

Preferred:

• Experience with U.S. clients or digital services

• Lead sourcing via LinkedIn/directories
