Business Development Officer (Remote-Pakistan)
Job Description:
HMT is looking to hire for a rapidly growing healthcare organization based in the United States, committed to delivering quality care and innovative health solutions. we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer in Pakistan to help grow our client base and build strategic partnerships.
Location: Remote (Based in Pakistan)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM PST (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to present company services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or US market.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with US-based clients.
- Comfortable working US hours (6 PM 3 AM PST).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
