Hire My Tech is hiring a Director of Business Development on behalf of one of our high-growth technology clients. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional who can build, scale, and lead B2B sales initiatives while driving strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure team success and skill development.
Strategic Planning

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to enter new markets and expand the clients customer and partner base.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
Sales Execution

Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and recommending strategic, value-driven solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report key sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or technology-driven products.

Proven success in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.

Experience selling to HR or L&D leadership is a plus.

Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions is a plus.

Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

Strong professional network across Saudi Arabia.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire remote teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Results-oriented and highly self-motivated.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must be legally eligible to work and based in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
