Overview

We are looking for a dynamic WordPress Webmaster / Developer to join our client. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the ability to manage multiple issues concurrently while remaining focused on business impact and production support.

This role requires strong expertise in WordPress development and customization, along with hands-on experience integrating HubSpot for marketing, CRM, and lead-generation purposes. The candidate must be capable of developing and supporting professional website layouts, ensuring seamless integration between WordPress and HubSpot tools such as forms, tracking, analytics, and automation.

The ideal candidate is creative and innovative, with a strong sense of color schemes, typography, and user experience. They should be able to develop projects from scratch, from PSD to HTML/WordPress through final publication, based on client requirements, while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, designing, and implementing new features and functionality

• Establishing and guiding the websites architecture

• Ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and converting it into a working theme and/or plugin

Required Skills

• 2+ years of WordPress theme and plugin development and customization

• Hands-on experience integrating HubSpot with WordPress, including forms, tracking codes, CRM integration, and marketing automation tools

• Experience working with HubSpot APIs, embeds, or custom integrations is a plus

• 1+ year of practical experience in Core PHP or any PHP-based MVC framework

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

• Experience implementing responsive website designs

• Comfortable working with debugging tools such as Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.

• Ability to understand CSS changes and their impact to ensure consistent styling across platforms and browsers

• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into functional HTML pages

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

• Solid knowledge of OOP concepts, databases, logic building, and debugging

• Excellent time management skills

• Graphic design skills are a plus

• Experience with Gatsby, GraphQL, React, Node.js, Netlify, REST, and SOAP APIs is a huge plus
