Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for promoting the product to existing and prospective clients across international markets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industrial maintenance sector to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  3. Product Knowledge: Become an expert in industrial products and services, including their applications and benefits in industrial maintenance.
  4. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that enhance reliability and productivity.
  5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the product line and its industrial applications.
  6. Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotations to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
  7. Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and agreements while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  8. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the organization.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and progress reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in industrial sales; heavy machinery and/or marine with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge in industrial maintenance and related products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • Traveling is required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales presentations.
