3. Drive Sales Performance: Take ownership of sales targets and drive the team to
achieve and surpass them. Monitor individual and team performance, analyze sales
data, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns,
resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,
and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify customer needs,
preferences, and demands, and use this knowledge to refine sales strategies.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration
between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and operations.
Share feedback, insights, and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement.

7. Report and Forecast: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance
metrics for management review. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to
optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends.

decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
