Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves strategic account planning, maintaining client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience

Account Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling our products or services.
  • Identify and approach potential clients

Client Advocacy: Serve as the advocate for key clients within the company, ensuring their needs are understood and met across all departments.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction, taking proactive steps to address concerns and maintain high levels of customer happiness.

Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring the seamless continuation of services and products.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Director, highlighting key opportunities and potential challenges.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes, and leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
