As a Regional Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within your designated region. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in your region and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy and action plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify key industries, sectors, and potential clients for targeted sales efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, showcasing the value of our products or services.
Negotiate contract terms and agreements.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue data.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Use market research to adapt sales strategies and product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Travel and Regional Coverage:
Travel within the designated region as required to meet clients and attend industry events or conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
