1.0SUMMARY Supports company operations by maintaining warehousing systems and supervising stock items. Responsible for organizing all of the administrative , delivery and disbursement activities that facilitate the accuracy running of the warehouse. Responsible organizing and coordinating warehouse operations with workshop requirements and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 

2.0Warehousing ADMINISTRATION DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities 
2.1 - DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES Maintains warehouse services by organizing warehouse operations and procedures; preparing weekly and Aerzen North Africa LLC. 2.1.1- Main Activities: 
-
To develop methods and implement them, so as to maintain accurate inventory levels .
-To develop methods and procedures that would help in identifying and optimizing the common inventory items .
-To design policies and procedures that would ensure timely disposal of the dead or obsolete inventories.
-To work in coordination with different departments of the organization and to keep a check on the purchasing and sales of the organization .
-To conduct audits of the inventories on a regular basis and to ensure that the cycle counts are completed in an accurate manner .
-To contact the Logistic and to report for the items with damaged or defective in same time of receiving and recognition in books based on official mail. o Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related duties as required ​​

2.2.1Knowledge The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: Knowledge of warehousing administration Knowledge of storing and supervision for stock items Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information Skills

2.2.3Personal Attributes The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: be honest and trustworthy be respectful possess cultural awareness and sensitivity be flexible demonstrate sound work ethics The incumbent would normally attain the required knowledge and skills through completion of warehousing procedures coursework combined with related administrative experience. 

3.0WORKING CONDITIONS (The unavoidable, externally imposed conditions under which the work must be performed and which create hardship for the incumbent including the frequency and duration of occurrence of physical demands, environmental conditions, demands on ones senses and metal demands.

4.0Physical Demands (The nature of physical effort leading to physical fatigue) The Stock controller will spend long hours supervising and recording warehouse items and performing computer tasks, which can cause muscle strain. The stock controller will also have to do some investigations and counting for stock on a weekly basis, also keep recording the customers machines with approved documents. 

5.0Environmental Conditions (The nature of adverse environmental conditions affecting the incumbent) The incumbent is located in a busy, open Storing area. The incumbent is faced with constant interruptions and must concentrate and be follow accuracy in such environment. 

6.0Sensory Demands (The nature of demands on the incumbents senses) The incumbent must spend long hours in intense concentration. The incumbent must also spend long hours on the computer entering financial information which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. 

7.0Mental Demands (Conditions that may lead to mental or emotional fatigue) There are a number of deadlines associated with this position, which may cause significant stress. The incumbent must also deal with a wide variety of people on various issues. 

8.0QUALIFICATIONS To perform these duties successfully, an individual must possess the following qualifications and skills. A degree can sometimes be beneficial, particularly for such positions. This career is open to graduates from all degree disciplines. Previous Warehousing experience or commercial work experience is essential (some employers may expect at least two years). Relevant experience can be gained via temporary Same position, which may in turn lead to permanent warehousing work Experience At least 7 years experience in an organization of similar size or have a proven track record in carrying out the duties listed above. Language Skills Fair level of the English language and good communication skills.
Mathematical Skills The ability to understand Invoicing cycle / receiving shipments Cycle , and provide basic documentation. Computer Skills Needs to be fair computer literate, with a full understanding of fundamentals of Windows software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook or similar packages
