Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear targets and expectations.

    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase enrollment and revenue.
    • Identify new market opportunities and niches within the tech and programming education sector.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Team Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.
    • Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  5. Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies in tech and programming education.
    • Use market research to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.
  6. Enrollment Process Enhancement:

    • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  8. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the training academy's courses and programs to effectively communicate their value to clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience, with strong team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the tech and programming education sector, including knowledge of programming languages, software development, and related topics.
