Job Description:

 As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing general human resources support to the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You must also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions

• Manage employee records, including onboarding, benefits, and payroll

• Resolve employee issues and complaints

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance

• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and advice to management on personnel matters

• Assist with the development and implementation of training programs

• Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Prepare reports and analyze data

• Manage the organization’s employee benefits programs
