  • ​Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otorhinolaryngology) to join our growing medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
  • ​Key Responsibilities:
  • ​Provide expert-level clinical consultations, diagnoses, and surgical interventions for ENT patients.
  • ​Perform complex otolaryngological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures.
  • ​Ensure all patient care aligns with stringent hospital protocols and JCI quality healthcare standards.
  • ​Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans.
  • ​Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records and surgical logs.
  • ​Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
  • ​Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MD) from an accredited university.
  • ​Board Certification: Must hold a high-level, recognized Consultant Board Certification (e.g., UK CCT, German Facharzt, American/Canadian Board, Arab Board, or equivalent).
  • ​Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of post-board experience, with a proven and documented track record working in the Gulf region (KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar).
  • ​Quality Standards: Demonstrated, practical understanding of JCI requirements and hospital quality compliance.
  • ​Language: Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
  • ​Licensing: Candidates currently located in Kuwait with a valid, transferable professional license will be heavily prioritized.
