Our client is a Malaysia-based food manufacturing company specializing in bakery and pastry products. The company provides Halal-certified OEM solutions, offering a wide range of products from raw dough to ready-to-serve items. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and food safety, our client supports businesses in the food and hospitality industry by delivering consistent and efficient production solutions.


Key Responsibilities 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in KL and surrounding regions (F&B, horeca, retail, café chains, distributors) 
  • Promote OEM bakery and pastry solutions including frozen dough, par-baked, and ready-to-serve products 
  • Actively prospect and cold-call potential clients to generate new business leads 
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sampling sessions 
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers 
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets 
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients Work closely with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order fulfilment 
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities 
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events in KL and other regions when required 
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management 

Job Requirements (JR) 
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology or related field 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (F&B, bakery, FMCG, or OEM manufacturing preferred) 
  • Strong track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets 
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship sales exposure may be considered Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and results-driven personality 
  • Good understanding of F&B or bakery industry is an advantage 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Willing to travel within KL and occasionally outstation if required English and Bahasa Malaysia required 
  • Mandarin is an advantage (for Chinese-speaking clients and distributors)

Salary Range: RM3k - RM5k
