Job Description (JD) 
  • Manage, support and optimize Workday HCM system, ensuring system stability, data accuracy and smooth daily operations. 
  • Act as key HRIS contact for employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding. 
  • Lead and support flexHR HRIS project implementation, including system configuration, testing, UAT and go-live support. 
  • Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and drive continuous system improvements. 
  • Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR and management decision-making. 
  • Ensure HR data integrity, system compliance and proper user access control. 
  • Provide HRIS user support, training and guidance to HR and business users. 

Job Requirements (JR) 
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines. 
  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, with hands-on exposure at Assistant Manager or senior specialist level. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM (configuration, transactions, workflows and reporting). 
  • Proven involvement in HRIS projects, especially flexHR system implementation or rollout projects. 
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes in a manufacturing or high-tech environment. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Preferred: Experience supporting regional or global HRIS projects and background in manufacturing, electronics, data center or technology companies.
    
Salary Range: Open for discussion
Working Hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm
