Job Description (JD)
- Manage, support and optimize Workday HCM system, ensuring system stability, data accuracy and smooth daily operations.
- Act as key HRIS contact for employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
- Lead and support flexHR HRIS project implementation, including system configuration, testing, UAT and go-live support.
- Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and drive continuous system improvements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR and management decision-making.
- Ensure HR data integrity, system compliance and proper user access control.
- Provide HRIS user support, training and guidance to HR and business users.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, with hands-on exposure at Assistant Manager or senior specialist level.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM (configuration, transactions, workflows and reporting).
- Proven involvement in HRIS projects, especially flexHR system implementation or rollout projects.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience supporting regional or global HRIS projects and background in manufacturing, electronics, data center or technology companies.
