Company Background:
Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and improve the production operation system, prepare and organize production plans, monitor production status, and ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate work among production workshops according to the production schedule, effectively allocate manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment to ensure smooth production operations and achievement of production targets.
  • Conduct weekly production meetings to analyze production performance, propose solutions and improvement measures, and ensure all production and technical targets are met.
  • Develop production plans based on project requirements, monitor production progress, coordinate and resolve production issues, and ensure production plans are completed as scheduled.
  • Prepare production material requirement plans based on production needs, monitor material flow, and promptly resolve material bottlenecks.
  • Continuously implement PDCA and lean production management to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage equipment by organizing regular maintenance and servicing to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Implement site planning, production equipment upgrades, and improvement projects according to company and departmental requirements.
  • Take full responsibility for workplace safety and environmental management, conduct regular inspections, supervise corrective actions, and ensure implementation of improvement measures.
  • Compile production data (weekly and monthly reports) and submit reports regularly to the Department Manager and relevant supporting departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or above.
  • Field of Study: Mechanical-related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with the performance and basic operation of machining equipment and understands general production equipment machining processes.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
  • Language: Proficient in Mandarin; able to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills for on-site production issues; proactive and positive working attitude.
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: RM10,000 – RM15,000
