Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters for both Malaysia and Singapore entities.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Manage Singapore Work Permit (WP) and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, agencies, and external vendors on immigration and employment-related matters.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable Malaysian and Singapore employment regulations.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower-related analysis when required.
- Support other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
- Initially based in Johor Bahru (JB), with potential relocation to Banting, Selangor next year depending on project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to both Malaysia and Singapore HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling Singapore Work Permit (WP) and Employment Pass (EP) matters is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian and Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
- Experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees from different locations/entities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
- Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential HR information.
- Willing to work in JB initially and relocate to Banting when required.
- Male candidates preferred based on the client's current requirement.
