Job Responsibilities
- Comply with relevant policies, laws, and regulations of various countries and regions, as well as company rules and system.
- Take overall control of construction projects, managing the entire lifecycle from government project initiation to completion, acceptance, and handover; prepare project management plans
- Oversee quality, schedule, cost, safety, changes, and risk control throughout the process.
- Coordinate stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in construction progress confirmation meetings with contractors and PMC team.
- Able to steer meeting direction and make accurate judgments to guide project schedule optimization.
- Be responsible for project completion and acceptance; coordinate and manage the design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of MEP systems.
- Organize and manage manpower, finances, and materials entering the project site.
- Coordinate relationships among subcontractors and resolve issues arising during construction in a timely manner.
- Maintain good coordination with various business departments, actively cooperate with government acceptance procedures and inspections by relevant authorities.
- Promptly report any safety or quality incidents during construction to company leadership and work with relevant departments.
- During the acceptance and handover phase, inspect project completion status and documentation; provide acceptance plans, organize acceptance processes and review completion documents; assist in audit and handover procedures, and support relevant departments in project settlement.
- After project completion, prepare project summaries, provide improvement suggestions, and accumulate knowledge and experience for future reference.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; experience in data center projects is preferred.
- Familiar with the design and construction processes and tools for MEP systems such as power systems, lighting systems, water supply and drainage systems, and HVAC systems (e.g., AutoCAD, P6).
- Experience in MEP project management; familiar with project management processes and methodologies; able to develop project schedules and budgets, and perform change management and risk management.
- Hardworking, responsible, resilient, with strong communication skills; able to communicate fluently in multiple languages and follow management arrangements.
