Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the companys Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Assess training needs across manufacturing, engineering, operations and corporate functions.
  • Design and implement technical, leadership and functional training programs, including onboarding and competency-based development.
  • Manage training programs for manufacturing, quality, EHS and operational excellence where applicable.
  • Partner with HR, department heads and external training providers to deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluation metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Manage L&D budget, training records and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support talent development initiatives such as succession planning, high-potential development and leadership pipeline programs.

Job Requirements (JR):
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of L&D experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong experience in training needs analysis, program design and training delivery.
  • Familiar with manufacturing or high-tech industry training environments.
  • Experience managing external training vendors and internal trainers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Working Hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm
