Job Responsibilities

  • Issue purchase orders based on material planning and production requirements
  • Follow up on material requirement planning (MRP) and nested material demand; handle new material sourcing, quotation collection, and price comparison
  • Confirm material specifications, pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers before order placement
  • Track and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules in response to production plan changes
  • Address delivery delays caused by suppliers and coordinate with internal R&D or engineering teams for technical support when required
  • Coordinate and resolve incoming material quality issues, including supplier communication and corrective actions
  • Perform purchasing-related accounting tasks based on actual material deliveries
  • Prepare advance payment requests in accordance with material requirements
  • Conduct monthly supplier reconciliation and prepare payment application documents
  • Organize, maintain, and archive all purchasing-related documentation and records
  • Maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure stable supply and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components, materials, and principles
  • 2-3 years experiences in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain functions, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment
  • Familiar with procurement processes, delivery schedule management, and supplier coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is an advantage
