Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
Job Descriptions
- Collect project-related process data, design specifications, safety and occupational health standards.
- Prepare material and energy balance calculations; design process flow schemes.
- Complete equipment selection and prepare design drawings (P&ID, non-standard equipment, layout).
- Provide equipment data sheets and material lists; support electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineering design.
- Prepare project-related design proposals.
- Assist department manager in design reviews across disciplines and departments.
- Participate in project design and process safety assessments.
- Coordinate completion of preliminary design; participate in drawing reviews.
- Assist in preparing project acceptance documents and cost budgets.
- Improve and archive P&ID drawings based on HAZOP and PSSR results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Major in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- More than 1 year of process design experience preferred.
- Proficient in CAD software.
