Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounting, cash flow, and risk management
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with SFRS and statutory requirements
- Review financial reports and provide actionable insights to support business performance and decision-making
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and recommend improvements
- Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance
- Support management with financial analysis, investment evaluation, and ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full set of accounting.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, audit processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in logistics or related industry is an added advantage
