A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.

Job Description

• Monitor, respond to, and update delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Create production work orders and track progress to ensure smooth production flow
• Establish item codes for raw materials and packaging materials and submit purchase requisitions
• Manage production material accounts, inventory records, and fixed assets
• Compile, analyze, and maintain production reports and statistical data
• Coordinate and assist with shipment arrangements
• Consolidate and maintain shipment material records and documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
• Provide ad-hoc support to other departments as required

Job Requirements

• Experience in production planning and control is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

Location: Temporary based in Kulai, will move to Senai Plant in Jun/Jul
