A leading semiconductor materials provider specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.

Job Description:

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to support business and operational requirements.

• Identify suitable products and suppliers, assist in obtaining distribution rights, and maintain long-term supplier partnerships.

• Handle local and international procurement activities including RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiations to meet cost and KPI targets.

• Act as a key communication bridge between internal business units and suppliers, providing timely market and sourcing information.

• Coordinate with suppliers to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Create and maintain part numbers for non-production raw materials and packaging materials in the system.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.

• Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Temporary base in Kulai, will move to Senai Plant in Jun/Jul

Salary Range: RM3.5k - RM5k
