Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle general HR administrative duties and support daily HR operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR working experience.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law and HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
