Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and administer payroll system (preferably Infotech), including data updates and system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other local regulations
  • Handle payroll-related matters such as claims, overtime, allowances, and deductions
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and support audit requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. auditors, government bodies) on payroll matters
  • Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation
  • Assist in reviewing and improving payroll processes, policies, and internal controls
  • Provide guidance to employees on payroll-related queries

Job Requirements (JR)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-spectrum payroll processing
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (experience in Infotech is an added advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Experience in HR operations will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mandarin speaker is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
