Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain and administer payroll system (preferably Infotech), including data updates and system improvements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other local regulations

Handle payroll-related matters such as claims, overtime, allowances, and deductions

Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and support audit requirements

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. auditors, government bodies) on payroll matters

Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation
-
Assist in reviewing and improving payroll processes, policies, and internal controls

Provide guidance to employees on payroll-related queries
Job Requirements (JR)

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-spectrum payroll processing

Hands-on experience with payroll systems (experience in Infotech is an added advantage)

Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements

Experience in HR operations will be an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting

Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Mandarin speaker is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
