Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and arrange daily delivery schedules to ensure goods are delivered on time and according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loading, dispatch, and delivery operations.
  • Monitor shipment status and update delivery schedules when necessary to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics records, delivery schedules, and shipment reports for operational tracking.
  • Assist in route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
  • Communicate with drivers, transporters, and relevant departments to resolve delivery issues and ensure service quality.
  • Support inventory movement coordination between warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure logistics operations comply with company procedures and safety requirements.
  • Report delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies to the supervisor and assist in problem resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or transportation planning is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes, shipment coordination, and delivery scheduling.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and transport providers.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English and Malay.

Salary Range: Up to RM3k
