Job Descriptions
- Perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance for factory production equipment such as machine tools, grinding machines, and CNC machines.
- Develop and execute equipment maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Identify and resolve potential equipment issues to prevent production downtime.
- Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting, repair, and fault analysis.
- Minimize machine downtime to ensure smooth production operations.
- Assist in equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and modification projects.
- Support technical team in new equipment trial runs and parameter optimization.
- Improve equipment stability and production efficiency.
- Manage maintenance tools and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor spare parts usage and submit purchase requests when necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and regular inspection of maintenance tools.
- Conduct equipment safety inspections and implement safety protection measures.
- Guide operators on correct equipment usage and basic safety practices.
- Provide basic equipment operation and safety training to production staff.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Technical Secondary School certificate or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Equipment Maintenance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of equipment maintenance experience in a machinery manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiar with machine tools, CNC machines, and production equipment structures and operating principles.
- Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Able to independently perform equipment diagnosis, dismantling, repair, and assembly.
- Basic knowledge of electrical control systems is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to respond quickly to equipment failures.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow factory safety procedures strictly.
- Willing to follow department work arrangements and work overtime when required.
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment.
- Free from health conditions unsuitable for factory work such as acrophobia or hypertension.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and technical teams.
