Job Descriptions
  • Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.
  • Manage office administration activities including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment maintenance, and vendor/service provider arrangements.
  • Oversee general office management including cleanliness, safety, utilities, and workplace organization.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document control.
  • Handle company asset management including fixed assets tracking, inventory records, and office equipment control.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure efficiency and task completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties for administrative support and coordination.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration processes and documentation control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin or English communication skills may be an added advantage depending on workplace needs.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary range: RM4,000 - negotiable
