Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.

Manage office administration activities including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record keeping.

Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment maintenance, and vendor/service provider arrangements.

Oversee general office management including cleanliness, safety, utilities, and workplace organization.

Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document control.

Handle company asset management including fixed assets tracking, inventory records, and office equipment control.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure efficiency and task completion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties for administrative support and coordination.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of office administration processes and documentation control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin or English communication skills may be an added advantage depending on workplace needs.
