Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily Human Resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Support manpower planning and coordinate hiring activities to fulfill operational requirements.

Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, counseling, and staff engagement activities.

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are properly implemented and complied with.

Coordinate training and development programs including orientation, internal training, and skill enhancement initiatives.

Monitor employee performance appraisal processes and assist in performance management activities.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and HR-related documentation for management review.

Coordinate with external parties such as government agencies, recruitment agencies, and training providers.
- Supervise and guide HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations and administrative efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.

Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.

Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and performance management systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin-speaking ability may be an added advantage for communication with stakeholders and employees.
