Job Description

• Supervise daily production operations and manage associates and team leads
• Ensure compliance with Quality System, GMP, company policies, and labor regulations
• Work closely with Quality and Process Engineering to maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and visual aids
• Ensure all production lines are equipped with updated work instructions and acceptance criteria
• Drive production output to meet schedule, efficiency, yield, and KPI targets
• Perform line balancing and manpower planning to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Ensure proper material identification, segregation, and traceability
• Investigate non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Enforce workplace safety, PPE usage, ergonomics, and 5S standards
• Prepare production and performance reports for management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with production, engineering, and QA teams
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and GMP practices
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, cGMP, FDA, or medical device regulations is an advantage
• Experience with electrical or optical products is a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
