Job Description:
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary cases
- Manage domestic inquiries and ensure proper documentation
- Advise management on IR-related issues and labour law compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
- Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Maintain records of disciplinary actions and case documentation
- Support audits and HR compliance activities
- Assist in policy development and implementation
- Promote a positive and harmonious work environment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of IR/ER experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements
- Good conflict resolution and communication skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters
