Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee the company's overall Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality policies, procedures, and quality control systems.

Ensure product quality across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods inspection.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and customer complaints.

Lead internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits (e.g., ISO/IATF).

Monitor key quality KPIs such as defect rate, customer returns, rejection rate, and process capability.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve process quality and reduce defects.

Manage customer quality communication, including complaint handling, reports, and corrective action feedback.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 8D, 5Why, Lean Quality improvements).
- Manage, train, and develop the quality team to ensure high competency and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.

Minimum 5–8 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive or precision engineering.

At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a quality team.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems.

Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis methods.

Experience handling customer audits, supplier quality, and internal audit systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple quality issues simultaneously.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, or automotive components is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality management systems/ERP tools.
