Job Summary
To support & assist Senior HR & Admin Manager in the provisions of a high quality and professional HR services through effective administration of the HR Department's systems and procedures.
Job Description
- Full in charge in all administration initiatives which include Living Support (Dormitory & Transport Management) & Property Maintenance;
- To liaise with government statutory bodies (PERKESO, PUSPAKOM, MPJBT, POLICE & Government Hospital) for legal and administration requirement;
- Attending to matters related to employee relations and counseling of employees on disciplinary issues in compliances with local labor laws and immigration for local & foreign workers matters;
- To handle hostel issues such as utility bills, property maintenance, hygiene and disciplinary;
- To monitor & liaise with contractors/ vendors on the maintenance & upkeep of office equipment, company vehicle & other facilities;
- To monitor and handle company's vehicles included insurance, road tax and vehicle inspection with PUSPAKOM;
- To monitor and handle janitors issue;
- To handle, provide and ensure all employee have a valid and legal access card with full identity requirement;
- To ensure all employees face scan and/or access card is completely register and functional;
- To ensure and monitor the employee, visitors and customers entry with proper procedure;
- To monitor and to ensure all staffs vehicles are legally park at company compound;
- Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office;
- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.
Job Responsibilities
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or associated course.
- Minimum 2 years' HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Good knowledge of local employment laws.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Words.
