Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and employment legislation.
    Manage manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievance management, and industrial relations in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, performance appraisal, learning and development, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare HR reports, budgets, and manpower analysis for management review.
  • Lead HR continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labor regulations.
  • Experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and HR operations.
  • Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) will highly preferable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Location: Kulai Ipark, Johor

Salary Range: Up to RM20k
