Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor system vulnerabilities; perform patch deployment, repair, and updates.
- Respond to incidents; restore services promptly; provide remote and on-site support; manage IT ticket creation and closure.
- Proactively resolve issues before impacting end users.
- Support on-site customers and external audits.
- Assist with network installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain software systems: user account creation, modification and deprovisioning, system training, issue tracking, bug repair.
- Communicate with China regional Level 2 IT technicians; escalate unresolved issues.
- Uphold SHEQ First; comply with SHEQ requirements; conduct safety self-inspections.
- Protect business confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in troubleshooting computers and peripherals across all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Able to unlock, reset, and configure user accounts in AD domain or Microsoft Azure.
- Skilled in desktop applications, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiar with customer service principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
- Capable of identifying root causes and providing solutions on-site or remotely.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in software system or network maintenance.
- Mandarin and English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
