Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize board meetings and prepare minutes, resolutions, and records.
  • Maintain and update company records and statutory registers.
  • File required documents with government bodies (e.g., company updates, annual returns).
  • Ensure the company follows all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in corporate and compliance requirements and update the team.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors when needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field.
  • Company Secretary qualification or relevant experience (e.g., ICSA, CS).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 4,000
