Key Responsibilities:

Organize board meetings and prepare minutes, resolutions, and records.

Maintain and update company records and statutory registers.

File required documents with government bodies (e.g., company updates, annual returns).

Ensure the company follows all relevant laws and regulations.

Monitor changes in corporate and compliance requirements and update the team.

Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.

Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors when needed.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field.

Company Secretary qualification or relevant experience (e.g., ICSA, CS).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements.

Strong attention to detail and organization.
Good communication and writing skills.
