Logistics Specialist | Kulai

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.

• Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouses.

• Track shipments and resolve delivery or transport issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate logistics data and prepare regular reports.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 24 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.

• Familiar with international and domestic shipping processes.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM7000
