Job Description:

• According to the monthly work plan of the technology department, and the company's development / technical process / production / quality / new products, systematically summarize and sort out the work of the previous month, and systematically think and improve
• According to the "Training Management Procedure", the company's development plan, and the actual situation of the department to propose an overall training plan, and organize, supervise the implementation
• Formulate annual manpower demand plans based on company development and departmental human resources
• According to "Model Machine BOM Operation Specification", "Auxiliary Material Confirmation Specification", "SOP Operation Specification", "OPS Operation Procedure", "Production Flow Chart Operation Specification", "Tooling Production Specification", "PFMEA Operation Procedure", "CP Operation Procedure", "Standard Review or approve the "Working hours specification" and "DFM production specification".
• Various tooling production cost quotation review and approval and manpower process cost quotation review and approval.
• Participate in the review of the new product Gate X according to the "Product and Process Confirmation Management Procedures", and propose and solve related problems.
• Pre-assessment of major new product development, providing constructive opinions.
• Planning, organization, supervision and coordination of new product major process development.
• Handling customer complaints related to technology, communicate in detail the production / testing processes that customers care about, and fully implement customer-related requirements and suggestions.
• Participate in some major review of new product development (PFMEA / CP / SOP / flow chart / DFM / tooling equipment, etc.), and wait for some major disputes to make a ruling.
• Assist in quality handling of major incoming exceptions, assist suppliers in analyzing causes and solutions.
• By going to advanced enterprises to learn, investigate and broaden thinking, so as to improve the level of technology.
• To the production line actual operation, stand on the line operators to find problems, improve problems
• Assist in purchasing, quality review/coaching key supplier process.
• Keep thinking about how to improve the production process, improve the manufacturing capacity, coordinate and deal with the major production abnormalities on the production line, and coordinate and deal with the major defects in the quality spot check/test.
• Improve cost by participating in VE projects, evaluate, calculate and improve significant manufacturing costs.

Skills / Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree/Master Degree/Doctor Degree.
• Experience: more than 5 years relevant experience, more than 3 years engineering management experience.
• Major requirements: industrial engineering, electronics, machinery, etc Abillity to work with local and international team
• Good command of verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Added advantage for Mandarin
• Abilities and skills: good communication, coordination and organization skills, keen problem analysis, coordination and handling skills;
• Other requirements: proficiency in office software/ability to use mechanical and electronic design software.
• Experience working in Manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Understand ISO, TS16949 and other system training, VE, IE, lean production, related management training, Rosh and other laws and regulations. Support day today activities
• Familiar with the production process of electronic products;Well developed interpersonal skill, ability to create and innovate
• Strong ability to study and judge process anomalies;Vigilant, responsible and caring individual
• Strong sensitivity to new technology;
• Systematic thinking and planning ability for the implementation of automated production;
• Familiar with some advanced production methods such as lean production;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Salary Range: RM8k - RM15k
